- The fruit, dried or puréed
- Strawberries, bananas and peaches are dehydrated at low temperature; the peach also goes into the dough as purée. Either way, the fruit is what gives the taste.
- Colours
- The red comes from the strawberry, the gold from the banana; Croc-o-Pêches are tinted with turmeric and beet. No artificial dyes.
- Storage
- Slow-dehydrated, 100% natural, no preservatives. Keep the pouches tightly closed, away from heat and sunlight.
