The site douceursacrocquer.ca (the "site") is operated by Douceurs à Croc-quer ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use as well as by our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

3. Use of the site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the site for personal and lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:

• use the site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or compromise the security or the proper operation of the site;
• extract, copy or automatically harvest the content of the site (by scraping, for example) without our written permission;
• impersonate another person or provide false information.

All of the content on the site (text, photographs, illustrations, logos, the name "Douceurs à Croc-quer", visual presentation and recipes) is the property of Douceurs à Croc-quer or of its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

5. Accounts (where applicable)

If customer accounts are offered, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the confidentiality of your credentials, as well as for any activity carried out from your account. Notify us without delay of any unauthorized use.

6. Availability, prices and accuracy of information

Our products are handmade in small batches and offered in limited quantities. We make every effort to present accurate information (descriptions, photos, prices), but errors may occur. We may correct any error, change our prices and our offering, or withdraw a product at any time, without notice. Photos are provided for illustration only. Purchase terms are set out in our Terms of Sale and Returns.

7. The nature of our products: please read carefully

Our products are treats intended for dogs. Please keep this in mind:

• They are complementary treats, not a substitute for a complete and balanced diet. They should not exceed roughly 10% of your dog's daily caloric intake.
• Our products may contain allergens, in particular wheat and peanut. Always check the ingredients if your dog is sensitive to them.
• Our products are not intended for human consumption.
• Supervise your pet while they eat a treat and make sure fresh water is available.
• Our products do not constitute veterinary advice or treatment. In case of a health problem, an allergy or any doubt, consult a veterinarian.

8. Links to third-party sites

The site may contain links to third-party sites (social media, for example). We exercise no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices. You visit them at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that the site will be free of errors or available without interruption.

10. Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the province of Quebec and by the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Laval, subject to the rights that the law grants to consumers.
